Apple’s Experiment of Charging iPhone Wirelessly Using Wi-Fi Routers
The renowned giant Apple is making efforts to make possible to
charge mobile phones wirelessly via Wi-Fi router. It will give ease to users to
charge their iPhones from certain distance without any wire.
According to appleinsider.com, Apple’s experiment of charging
phone through Wi-Fi is a cutting-edge wireless charging and communication
system that includes duel frequency patch Antennas. It helps in transferring
power to electronic devices and takes it over in the form of frequencies for
data communication.
The patch antenna allows for wireless power transfer at the rate
of microwave frequencies or other frequencies and may support up to millimetre wave communication.
Moreover, the patch antennas can also be used in the form a beam
steering array. It provides a wireless circuitry that may include options to
adjust steer wireless signals received by antenna.
In the Apple’s report, the new concept covers the idea of
wireless power transmission through existing communication link frequencies,
but does not revel about exact operation details as well as other
implementation information including use of specific beam forming patch
antennas.
The proposed screen technology includes advanced four channel
ambient light sensors that work automatically and adapt the intensity of
display of light and its colour to match it with the environment. It gives more
power to users to read or see content on phone anywhere.
The giant is going to inbuilt feature of full spectral sensing
ambient light sensor in its new models like iPhone7S, iPhone7S Plus, and
iPhone8 as well.
